Three questions before I take on my next steps

Rethinking what I want to do with my life is becoming a valuable experience.

I read once in one of my Favourite source (Harvard Business Review of course) It’s never too late to wonder, “What do I want to be when I grow up?”

Here are three questions that I have been trying to answer for myself to help me define what’s next:

  1. What are my talents?: Some talents are evident when you’re young; others emerge over time. Know what it is that you are inherently good at.
  2. What skills do I have?: Skills are different from talents in that you have acquired them through learning and practice. Take stock of the skills you’ve developed over the years.
  3. What gets me out of bed?: Figure out what motivates you to achieve. Whenever possible, you should find a way to do what you really like to do.

The whole thought process is going on excellent as of now with some really strong feedbacks coming in from my close ones (I never hesitate to open up myself to the ones I trust for seeking advice & insights). Looking forward to the results of the whole exercise.
